Welcome to the Reiteralm in Saalbach
Location
Reiteralm is located directly on the Sunliner slope – ideal for a ski break or as the last stop before heading back to Fieberbrunn. On the large sun terrace, wooden loungers, lounge chairs and relaxed beats create a true winter vibe.
Instead of wild après-ski parties, there are cozy vibes and culinary treats like crispy grilled chicken and Roman-style pizza “alla pala” fresh from the outdoor grill hut.
Sun terrace
Large tables, cozy lounge corners with cushions and sun loungers invite you to relax. Add to that chill vibes, great drinks, and plenty of vitamin D.
Grill station
Our grill hut attracts attention with its amazing aroma: the scent of crispy grilled chicken wafts across the slopes. You’ll also find our Roman-style pizza “alla pala” here –the perfect between two ski runs.
Herb shop
Tanja's herbal knowledge from summer is available in winter in the form of tinctures, oils, salts, and dried herbs—handmade and mixed with a wealth of knowledge.
Food and drinks
From cheesy “Kasnock’n” to herbal smoothies: the kitchen is regional, creative, and homemade. Head chef Marek serves up alpine classics and international dishes with love – complemented by Tanja’s herbal creations and in-house refreshments. Sweets such as cakes, “Kaiserschmarrn”, strudels, ice cream specials or the popular “Schomlauer Nockerl” come from our own bakery.
Foodies can enjoy the summer “Grill & Chill” evenings or cozy hut dinners with roast duck and spareribs in winter – available on request.

Our highlights in summer season
Diverse biking and hiking trails lead right past the Reiteralm. Those who prefer a leisurely pace can reach the hut in just 25 minutes from the Reiterkogelbahn – no cattle pastures involved.
A detour to the forest wellness trail behind the hut is just as worthwhile as a stroll through the lovingly cultivated herb garden.
Tanja’s herbal knowledge and love of flowers make the Reiteralm bloom in summer – a haven for nature lovers and pleasure seekers.
